All of our security personnel are SIA licensed and vetted to British Standards BS7858 ensuring reliability, continuity and the ability to offer the highest calibre of security officer. Our service is carefully tailored to meet our clients exact requirements. A dedicated Contract Manager is assigned to each site and they will attend site prior to the commencement date to undertake a full site survey and risk assessment for the site. Comprehensive assignment instructions will be compiled for your site, with assignment logs being completed during each shift. Our security officers are trained to be both vigilant and responsive and a full training programme is designed for each site, covering all of the core duties as well as standard security procedures. The officers are visited on a weekly basis by our Supervisors and Contract Managers for both welfare visits and checking that all duties are being completed as per the site instructions. Site visit reports are completed on all of these visits, identifying and training requirements or issues that need to be raised to our client. These reports are then produced in the monthly SLA meetings.

Our mobile patrol service provides the perfect solution for a cost effective, efficient and visible deterrent. Our patrolling officers can perform routine inspections or unscheduled visits dependent on you individual needs. A vast range of tasks can be undertaken from locking up a customer’s premises, full site patrols, vehicle patrols, adhoc access for contractors, or building insurance inspections. Our management team will attend site to get an understanding of the site and your requirements, to draw up a full set of site instructions and train the mobile patrolling officer on all of the duties and requirements. Warning boards are positioned on the site perimeter to act as a further deterrent and also to give the general public our 24hr control room number. Patrol check points are place on the site in agreed locations. A print out is the provided on a monthly basic to evidence that the site has been both visited and patrolled.

A fast and affordable key holding service will be put in place to respond to and resolve any emergency situation that might arise at your home or place of work. Our key holding service has the capacity to respond to any alarm activation and resolve any problem that may occur. If you place your home or office keys in our possession they will be kept in a sealed pouch and stored in a safe which is bolted to the chassis of our mobile patrol vehicle.
