Danhouse Security, a manned guarding and support services business, has created a new market leading benefits package following the appointment of a new leadership team and launch of a new mission and purpose as a ‘people first’ employer.
Alongside some of the ‘standard’ benefits such as life assurance, personal accident cover and enhanced company sick pay are a host of additional benefits including a private healthcare scheme delivered via HSF Health Plan, with dental and optical care, hospital care, birth and adoption grants, personal accident care, homecare assistance, day care surgery and more. HSF Health Plan will also provide unlimited access to its 24-hour helpline, including GP advice and stress counselling.
Danhouse Security has also implemented an employee benefits portal through which the benefits are explained, accessed and managed. It is also the route to accessing a wide range of support schemes aimed at improving mind and wellbeing, with health and wellbeing initiatives that monitor mood tracking and provides breathing and meditation techniques. Other benefits include childcare vouchers, lifestyle savings, discount schemes at leading retailers, and learning skills courses.
Alongside the benefits portal, Danhouse has partnered with Plane Saver – a not-for-profit organisation that provides financial support and advice. Plane Saver allows staff to save and borrow directly from their own salaries, track savings, automate the transfer of monthly savings, and access manageable loans.
