Established in 1993, we have expanded through referral alone, at a growth rate that has allowed our level of service to be sustainable, and allowed us to establish long-term agreements with clients. As former end users of manned guarding companies, Danhouse Directors are able to provide a fresh perspective on the provision of Service by our understanding and appreciation of the challenges faced by our clients.
We understand property management and the need to provide the level of service required within budget. We are sympathetic and supportive partners, providing experienced management support to staff and clients twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. We provide an accurate assessment of staffing and service levels necessary, based on many years of managing various commercial properties. Danhouse undertake to provide an accurate, unbiased and competitive tender once client and assignment requirements are fully assessed and thereafter exceed client expectations by the provision of a fully integrated and managed service.
Danhouse adopt an ‘open book accounting’ policy and will clearly outline our costs to demonstrate our competitive gross profit margins. Our policy is to provide unambiguous, transparent and competitive quotations that are based on client requirements and detailed assignment surveys. Danhouse are an N.S.I (Guarding Gold) Company, Members of the B.S.I.A, and operate Quality Management systems compliant to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental) and are able to demonstrate competent Health & Safety management through our ‘Safe Contractor’ accreditation.
