Danhouse now undertake comprehensive planned preventative Electrical and Mechanical maintenance contracts for our clients as well as the provision of skilled Electricians, HVAC Engineers, Plumbers and General Maintenance staff to manage both routine and reactive tasks including:

Coordination and execution of all office moves including any data cabling necessary
Emergency light testing and certification including the implementation of repair programs
Portable Appliance Testing and certification
Disassembly, reconstruction and relocation of office furniture during office relocation
Removal and installation of partition offices
Setting up and disassembly of function and meeting areas
General portage duties
General daily repairs and maintenance
Replacement of lamps and maintenance of lamp stocks
Maintenance of stand alone water heaters
To maintain all paper and computer generated records
Servicing and repairs to stand alone Air Conditioning systems
